Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
 Must maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner
by getting along with customers, clients, co-workers, supervisors, managers, and all other employees.
 Responsible for adhering to and maintaining all quality system procedures and requirements related to
the position.
 Must adhere to all safety rules and company policies.
 Attendance/punctuality: is consistently at work and on time.
 Provides support to manufacturing and engineering groups.
 Coordinate the transfer on exit programs.
 Provide support to quality functions relating to manufacturing.
 Recommend, develop and implement corrective actions.
 Design input for automation equipment.
 Ability to write technical documentation.
 Ability to train maintenance and preparation personnel new and modified manufacturing equipment..

Education and/or Experience:
Fifth year college or university program certificate; or two to four years related experience and/or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience. Journeyman mold maker background preferred,
Statistical Process Control training; training in Core Automotive Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA).


Computer Skills:
Proficient with AutoCad or Unigraphics, and Microsoft Office Suite; Ability to learn new software as
needed.
